• Mechanical damage
• Chemical damage (e. g. nail polish stains, ammonia detergents, spilled liquids, etc.)
• Prolonged exposure to moisture
• Discoloration caused by sun exposure
• Accidents and using the product not as directed
• Intentional damage

The warranty covers the original buyer only - you must present a receipt or an invoice as proof of purchase to file a complaint.
