Ergonomic chair is covered by a 3-year warranty* on the headrest, chair back, armrests, seat, mechanism, gas lift, chair base, and casters, and a 1-year warranty on foam, fabric, and upholstery, with the following exceptions:

  • Damage from non-normal use (human factors, external force, or natural disasters)
  • Custom-made products
  • Non-standard materials supplied or specified by the customer
  • Shipping damage caused by a courier specified by the customer

*Warranty begins from the date the product is received.

**Any claim on packaging, appearance, or functional issues requires photo and video evidence for verification — once complete information is received, we guarantee resolution within 48 hours.

The warranty covers the original buyer only — you must present a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase to file a complaint.
